ととのふ島の料理教室、山岡有紀子です。
自然の中に身を浸して暮らすということは、
都会育ちの私には振り返ると挑戦ばかりで、忙しい毎日でした。
しかし、その忙しさは現代とは異なり、
豊かで充実したものだと20年以上こんな暮らしをして来て感じております。
そして自然農の畑から採れる野菜はとても美味しく心から私を満たしてくれます。
「おいしい野菜は世界を変える」

Welcome to Totonou Island Cooking class, I am Yukiko Yamaoka.
Living in nature was full of challenges for someone who grew up in the city, and it meant busy days.
However, after living this way for over 20 years, I feel that this busyness was rich and fulfilling,
unlike the busyness we have today.
I believe that delicious vegetables can change the world, and it’s my pleasure to share this space with you.
